About Me

I was born on the Isle of Lewis, in the Outer Hebrides and grew up in South London where I still live.

I became passionate about health and finding ways to heal naturally since suffering as a child with eczema and arthritis and feeling that the conventional treatments offered were more about managing symptoms than healing my body of its imbalances. It also seemed obvious to me that food and our lifestyles had the potential to harm or heal us… as Hippocrates said ‘Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’.

I had a career as an actor before having my two lovely children and deciding to study nutritional therapy. I wanted a course that would give me the answers I was seeking in a holistic and accessible way and found it in The College of Natural Nutrition and with my mentor Barbara Wren.

I qualified with a diploma in Natural Nutrition and am accredited by the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP).

My passion for finding natural and supportive ways to heal and increase wellbeing has always been there and I am now so happy to be in a position to share what I have learnt and continue to learn.
